Crispy, juicy air fryer shrimp seasoned simply and cooked to perfection in minutes, making a quick, healthy, and flavorful seafood dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove shrimp and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy version.
- Great served over rice, salads, or in tacos.
