Description

Crispy, juicy air fryer shrimp seasoned simply and cooked to perfection in minutes, making a quick, healthy, and flavorful seafood dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Remove shrimp and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy version.
