Ingredients
- 1 baked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until crumbly; set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Fold half of the peanut butter crumbles into the pudding.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly into the baked pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the pudding layer.
- Sprinkle remaining peanut butter crumbles on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
