Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Salsa, optional for serving


Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon, drain on paper towels, and chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat butter or oil in a pan and scramble eggs until just set.
  5. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  6. Divide scrambled eggs evenly among tortillas.
  7. Top with bacon and shredded cheese.
  8. Fold sides and roll tightly into burritos.
