Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salsa, optional for serving
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove bacon, drain on paper towels, and chop into pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat butter or oil in a pan and scramble eggs until just set.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Divide scrambled eggs evenly among tortillas.
- Top with bacon and shredded cheese.
- Fold sides and roll tightly into burritos.
- Serve warm with salsa if desired.
