Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry lettuce.
  2. Chop romaine and iceberg into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
