Ingredients
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped

- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry lettuce.
- Chop romaine and iceberg into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
