Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Press the beef mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then drain excess grease.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the cooked beef.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Place slider buns over the beef and cheese layer.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for an additional 10–12 minutes until buns are golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
- Use smoked cheddar or mozzarella for a flavor variation.
- Add pickles inside sliders for extra tang.
- Best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
