Description

Juicy mini cheeseburger sliders topped with tangy BBQ sauce and melted cheese, baked to perfection and ideal for parties, game days, or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Press the beef mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then drain excess grease.
  5. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the cooked beef.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Place slider buns over the beef and cheese layer.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  9. Bake for an additional 10–12 minutes until buns are golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use smoked cheddar or mozzarella for a flavor variation.
  • Add pickles inside sliders for extra tang.
  • Best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
