Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 oz / 283 g) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped green onions or cilantro


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Fold in drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Garnish with green onions or cilantro if desired.
