Ingredients
- 1 can (10 oz / 283 g) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: chopped green onions or cilantro
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with green onions or cilantro if desired.
- Serve chilled with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
