Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough, quartered
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chopped chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of buffalo chicken, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching tightly to seal and form a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Brush each dough ball generously with seasoned butter.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Seal the dough completely to prevent cheese from leaking.
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount for desired heat level.
