Description

Crispy, golden mozzarella bombs loaded with spicy buffalo chicken, smoky bacon, and gooey melted cheese—perfect for parties, game days, or indulgent snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough, quartered
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of buffalo chicken, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon in the center.
  5. Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching tightly to seal and form a ball.
  6. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  8. Brush each dough ball generously with seasoned butter.
  9. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Seal the dough completely to prevent cheese from leaking.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount for desired heat level.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip.
