Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, and green onions to a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture.
  4. Toss well until evenly coated.
  5. Let rest for 10–15 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
