Juicy chicken burgers loaded with sharp cheddar and ranch seasoning, perfect for a flavorful and easy dinner or barbecue.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, breadcrumbs, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown on the outside.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding lettuce, tomato, or other desired toppings.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- You can grill the burgers outdoors instead of cooking on the stovetop.
