Description

Juicy chicken burgers loaded with sharp cheddar and ranch seasoning, perfect for a flavorful and easy dinner or barbecue.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, breadcrumbs, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown on the outside.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding lettuce, tomato, or other desired toppings.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
