Description

Cheesy garlic chicken wraps filled with tender seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and a flavorful garlic sauce, all wrapped in warm tortillas for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or sliced chicken
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for toasting wraps)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with half of the garlic sauce.
  4. Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a spoonful of the remaining garlic sauce onto each one.
  5. Add the chicken mixture to the center of each tortilla and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Wrap tightly by folding in the sides and rolling into a burrito shape.
  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Slice in half, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
  • Add lettuce or tomatoes after toasting for a fresher wrap.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
  • Great served with ranch, garlic dip, or marinara sauce.
