Description
Cheesy garlic chicken wraps filled with tender seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and a flavorful garlic sauce, all wrapped in warm tortillas for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded or sliced chicken
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for toasting wraps)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with half of the garlic sauce.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a spoonful of the remaining garlic sauce onto each one.
- Add the chicken mixture to the center of each tortilla and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Wrap tightly by folding in the sides and rolling into a burrito shape.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice in half, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
- Add lettuce or tomatoes after toasting for a fresher wrap.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
- Great served with ranch, garlic dip, or marinara sauce.
