Description
Soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls baked with a buttery garlic spread and loaded with melted cheese, creating an irresistible pull-apart garlic bread perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 rolls)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Without separating the rolls, slice them horizontally in half.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt.
- Place bottom half of rolls in a baking dish.
- Brush generously with garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over the rolls.
- Place top half of rolls back on and brush remaining garlic butter on top.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Serve warm, pulling rolls apart.
Notes
- Covering with foil prevents over-browning.
- Add red chili flakes for a spicy kick.
- Best served fresh and warm.
