Description

Soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls baked with a buttery garlic spread and loaded with melted cheese, creating an irresistible pull-apart garlic bread perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 rolls)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Without separating the rolls, slice them horizontally in half.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt.
  4. Place bottom half of rolls in a baking dish.
  5. Brush generously with garlic butter mixture.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly over the rolls.
  7. Place top half of rolls back on and brush remaining garlic butter on top.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake an additional 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  10. Serve warm, pulling rolls apart.

Notes

  • Covering with foil prevents over-browning.
  • Add red chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Best served fresh and warm.
