Ingredients

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the chips.
  4. Add jalapeños, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
  5. Season lightly with paprika and garlic powder.
