Ingredients
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the chips.
- Add jalapeños, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Season lightly with paprika and garlic powder.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
