Description

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head, sliced into thick steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Arrange cauliflower steaks on the tray.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese and Parmesan on top.
- Return to oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
