Description

Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are warm, cheesy mini sandwiches layered with seasoned chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and melted cheese, baked to golden perfection for an easy crowd-pleasing meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Evenly spread the chicken over the buns, followed by bacon.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the sliders.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper, then brush over the tops.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Swap mozzarella for pepper jack for a spicy version.
  • Best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
