Description
Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are warm, cheesy mini sandwiches layered with seasoned chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and melted cheese, baked to golden perfection for an easy crowd-pleasing meal.
Ingredients
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Evenly spread the chicken over the buns, followed by bacon.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the sliders.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper, then brush over the tops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Swap mozzarella for pepper jack for a spicy version.
- Best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
