Description

A flaky buttery croissant filled with classic Caesar salad and topped with juicy grilled chicken breast for a rich and satisfying sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 large croissants
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  4. In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and lemon juice if using.
  5. Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  6. Layer Caesar salad onto the bottom half of each croissant.
  7. Top with sliced grilled chicken breast.
  8. Cover with the top half of the croissant and serve immediately.
