Description
A rich and indulgent chocolate Biscoff tart featuring a crunchy Biscoff biscuit crust and a silky smooth chocolate ganache filling, perfect for special occasions or an elegant dessert.
Ingredients
- 250 g Biscoff biscuits, crushed
- 120 g unsalted butter, melted
- 200 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1/3 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Biscoff crumbs or chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base and sides of a tart pan.
- Refrigerate the crust for 20–30 minutes until set.
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until just beginning to simmer.
- Pour hot cream over chopped dark chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir gently until smooth, then add Biscoff spread, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the chilled crust.
- Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours until fully set.
- Garnish with Biscoff crumbs or chocolate shavings before serving.

- You can freeze the tart for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
