Ingredients

  • 250 g Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • 120 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 200 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Biscoff crumbs or chocolate shavings, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the base and sides of a tart pan.
  3. Refrigerate the crust for 20–30 minutes until set.
  4. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until just beginning to simmer.
  5. Pour hot cream over chopped dark chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir gently until smooth, then add Biscoff spread, vanilla extract, and salt.
  7. Pour the chocolate filling into the chilled crust.
  8. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  9. Garnish with Biscoff crumbs or chocolate shavings before serving.
