Description

Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake is a rich and creamy dessert featuring swirls of cinnamon sugar throughout a smooth cheesecake filling, baked on a buttery crust and topped with sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 23 tbsp milk (for glaze)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 165°C (325°F) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake crust for 8–10 minutes, then cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Blend in vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
  7. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Pour half of cheesecake batter over crust.
  9. Sprinkle half of cinnamon sugar mixture and drizzle honey over batter.
  10. Add remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon sugar.
  11. Swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  12. Bake for 55–65 minutes until center is slightly set.
  13. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside with door slightly open.
  14. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  15. Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make glaze and drizzle before serving.
