Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons milk (as needed for blending)
- Dark chocolate shavings or berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and milk to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for best texture.
- Garnish with dark chocolate shavings or berries before serving if desired.
