Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 6 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Brush BBQ sauce generously over each chicken breast.
- Top with cooked beef bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 18–22 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
