Description

A simple yet elegant cranberry brie tart made with flaky puff pastry, creamy brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce—perfect for holidays or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 68 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold the puff pastry and place it on the baking sheet. Score a 1-inch border around the edges without cutting through.
  3. Use a fork to lightly prick the center area of the pastry to prevent excessive puffing.
  4. Brush the outer border with egg wash.
  5. Arrange slices of brie evenly inside the scored rectangle.
  6. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie, spreading gently.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Drizzle with honey and garnish with rosemary if desired. Slice and serve warm.
