Description
A rich and comforting creamy beef pasta made with tender ground beef, a velvety cream sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta, ideal for a satisfying family dinner.
Ingredients
- 300 g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 400 g ground beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, tossing until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Adjust cream quantity for desired sauce consistency.
