Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions (without seasoning). Drain and set aside.
- Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and add spinach if using. Cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until fully coated in the creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
- You can substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
