Description

Creamy garlic chicken ramen made with tender chicken, rich garlic cream broth, and perfectly cooked noodles for a comforting and flavorful bowl.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions (without seasoning). Drain and set aside.
  2. Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and add spinach if using. Cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
  9. Add cooked noodles and toss until fully coated in the creamy garlic sauce.
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
  • You can substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
