Description

No-bake Ferrero Rocher dessert cups made with layers of crunchy biscuit base, creamy chocolate-hazelnut filling, and topped with Ferrero Rocher chocolates.


Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate biscuits, crushed
  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
  • Extra Ferrero Rocher chocolates for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix crushed chocolate biscuits with melted butter until combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into dessert cups and press gently to form the base. Chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, Nutella, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold the whipped cream gently into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Fold in chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
  7. Spoon or pipe the filling over the biscuit base.
  8. Chill the dessert cups for at least 2 hours.
  9. Before serving, top with Ferrero Rocher chocolates and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • Use clear cups for a layered presentation.
  • Dessert cups can be prepared a day in advance.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped hazelnuts to the base.
