Description
No-bake Ferrero Rocher dessert cups made with layers of crunchy biscuit base, creamy chocolate-hazelnut filling, and topped with Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate biscuits, crushed
- 100 g unsalted butter, melted
- 250 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
- Extra Ferrero Rocher chocolates for topping
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions
- Mix crushed chocolate biscuits with melted butter until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into dessert cups and press gently to form the base. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, Nutella, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the chocolate mixture.
- Fold in chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
- Spoon or pipe the filling over the biscuit base.
- Chill the dessert cups for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with Ferrero Rocher chocolates and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Notes
- Use clear cups for a layered presentation.
- Dessert cups can be prepared a day in advance.
- For extra crunch, add chopped hazelnuts to the base.
