Ingredients
- 500 g frozen French fries
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until combined.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef layer.
- Arrange frozen French fries evenly on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until fries are crispy and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
