Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and toss to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately.
