Description

Savory bite-sized cheeseburger bombs filled with seasoned beef and gooey cheese, wrapped in soft dough and brushed with garlic-parmesan butter for an irresistible appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a pinch of cheddar cheese in the center of each dough circle.
  6. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
  7. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over each bomb.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops.
  10. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
