Description
Savory bite-sized cheeseburger bombs filled with seasoned beef and gooey cheese, wrapped in soft dough and brushed with garlic-parmesan butter for an irresistible appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a pinch of cheddar cheese in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over each bomb.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Use mozzarella or pepper jack for a different cheese flavor.
