Description

A light and creamy Hawaiian-inspired dessert made with sweet pineapple, coconut, and fluffy whipped topping for a refreshing tropical treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts or pecans (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and chopped nuts if using.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serve chilled.
