Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon milk or heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  2. Once melted, add the corn and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cream cheese and milk, stirring until fully melted and creamy.
  5. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through and well combined.
