Ingredients
- 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon milk or heavy cream
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- Once melted, add the corn and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cream cheese and milk, stirring until fully melted and creamy.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through and well combined.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
- Frozen corn does not need to be thawed before cooking.
