Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest; stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
