Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest; stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
  7. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
