- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
- Fresh passion fruit seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- If using fresh passion fruit, scoop out the pulp and strain lightly if you prefer fewer seeds.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and passion fruit pulp until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the passion fruit mixture until fully incorporated and airy.

- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Garnish with extra passion fruit pulp or seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger passion fruit flavor, add a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
- Chill mixing bowl and beaters before whipping cream for better volume.
- This dessert can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
- For a lighter version, substitute part of the cream with Greek yogurt.
