Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the base.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Top with a layer of whipped topping.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the milk, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the whipped topping layer.
  7. Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm and chilled.
