Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz) graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the base.
- In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Top with a layer of whipped topping.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the milk, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the whipped topping layer.
- Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm and chilled.
- Slice and serve chilled.
