Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  1. In a bowl, toss sliced beef with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
