Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (12-inch)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
  • 3 oz cooked ham, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1/4 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
  3. Transfer dough to parchment paper.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Distribute ham, mushrooms, artichokes, and olives on top.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of salt.
  8. Transfer pizza to the hot oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  9. Remove from oven, slice, and serve hot.
