Description

Thick, juicy pork chops stuffed with a rich blend of three cheeses and smoky bacon, then seared and baked until perfectly tender and melty inside.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick-cut boneless pork chops
  • 6 slices smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a deep pocket into the side of each pork chop, being careful not to cut through.
  3. In a bowl, mix bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, and parsley.
  4. Stuff each pork chop generously with the cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Season both sides of the pork chops with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 18–22 minutes, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  9. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Let pork rest before cutting to keep juices inside.
  • Use thick-cut chops for easier stuffing.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
