Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl.
- While pancakes are warm, coat lightly with cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately with syrup or chocolate sauce.
