Description

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy spinach and cheese filling, then baked to golden perfection for an elegant yet easy main dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket lengthwise into each chicken breast.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic.
  4. Stuff the spinach mixture evenly into each chicken breast.
  5. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Place chicken in a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overstuff to prevent filling from leaking.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables or rice.
  • Toothpicks should be removed before serving.
