Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy spinach and cheese filling, then baked to golden perfection for an elegant yet easy main dish.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket lengthwise into each chicken breast.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Stuff the spinach mixture evenly into each chicken breast.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overstuff to prevent filling from leaking.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or rice.
- Toothpicks should be removed before serving.
