Description
A luxurious pasta dish combining tender steak slices and juicy shrimp tossed with fettuccine in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce for an indulgent restaurant-style meal.
Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 8 oz beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining olive oil to the skillet and cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta, steak, and shrimp to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
- Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
- Add a splash of pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
