Description

A luxurious pasta dish combining tender steak slices and juicy shrimp tossed with fettuccine in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce for an indulgent restaurant-style meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 8 oz beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add remaining olive oil to the skillet and cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
  8. Add cooked pasta, steak, and shrimp to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
  • Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
