Description

A light, creamy, and fruity no-bake dessert made with strawberries, whipped topping, and marshmallows, perfect for potlucks and summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese or cream cheese, softened


Instructions

  1. Dissolve strawberry gelatin powder in boiling water in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in cold water and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until slightly thickened but not set.
  3. Fold in chopped strawberries and mini marshmallows.
  4. Add cottage cheese or cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Do not let gelatin fully set before mixing.
  • Frozen strawberries can be used if thawed and drained.
  • Best served the same day for optimal texture.
