Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chopped chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup halved grapes (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add chopped chicken, celery, red onion, parsley, and grapes (if using). Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and place a layer of shredded lettuce in the center.
  4. Spoon an even portion of chicken salad mixture over the lettuce.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  6. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to eat.
