Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken breast
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup halved grapes (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add chopped chicken, celery, red onion, parsley, and grapes (if using). Stir until evenly coated.
- Lay each tortilla flat and place a layer of shredded lettuce in the center.
- Spoon an even portion of chicken salad mixture over the lettuce.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice in half if desired and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to eat.
