Description
Texas Roadhouse Salmon is a flavorful, restaurant-style grilled salmon fillet seasoned with a savory blend of spices and finished with a buttery lemon glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and brush both sides with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill. Rub seasoning evenly over the salmon.
- Place salmon on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and lemon juice.
- Brush the cooked salmon with the lemon butter glaze.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the seasoning and olive oil for 30 minutes before grilling.
- You can bake the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes instead of grilling.
- Serve with rice, steamed vegetables, or a side salad.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
