Description

Texas Roadhouse Salmon is a flavorful, restaurant-style grilled salmon fillet seasoned with a savory blend of spices and finished with a buttery lemon glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill. Rub seasoning evenly over the salmon.
  4. Place salmon on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and lemon juice.
  6. Brush the cooked salmon with the lemon butter glaze.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the seasoning and olive oil for 30 minutes before grilling.
  • You can bake the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes instead of grilling.
  • Serve with rice, steamed vegetables, or a side salad.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
