Description
A simple zero-carb style yogurt bread made with eggs and strained yogurt, baked into a soft, fluffy loaf ideal for low-carb lifestyles.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt (strained)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs until light and slightly frothy.
- Add Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and apple cider vinegar.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow bread to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For best texture, use very thick strained yogurt.
- This bread is best toasted lightly before serving.
- Store refrigerated for up to 3 days.
