Description

A simple zero-carb style yogurt bread made with eggs and strained yogurt, baked into a soft, fluffy loaf ideal for low-carb lifestyles.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt (strained)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs until light and slightly frothy.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow bread to cool completely before slicing.
