Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook onion for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and yellow mustard.
- Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in 1 cup of cheddar cheese until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet and stir to coat.
- Add half of the crumbled beef bacon and diced pickles.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
- Cover for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with remaining bacon, green onions, and parsley.
- Serve hot.
