Description

Creamy and layered banana pudding cups made with fresh bananas, vanilla pudding, and whipped cream for a quick and delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla wafers or biscuits


Instructions

  1. Prepare vanilla pudding by whisking pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In serving cups, add a layer of vanilla wafers.
  4. Add a layer of banana slices.
  5. Spoon pudding over the bananas.
  6. Add a layer of whipped cream.
  7. Repeat layers until cups are filled.
  8. Finish with whipped cream and crushed wafers on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas for best texture.
  • Chill before serving for better flavor.
