Description
Creamy and layered banana pudding cups made with fresh bananas, vanilla pudding, and whipped cream for a quick and delightful dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla wafers or biscuits
Instructions
- Prepare vanilla pudding by whisking pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In serving cups, add a layer of vanilla wafers.
- Add a layer of banana slices.
- Spoon pudding over the bananas.
- Add a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat layers until cups are filled.
- Finish with whipped cream and crushed wafers on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas for best texture.
- Chill before serving for better flavor.
