Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
