Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread, toasted
  • 6 strips turkey bacon or beef bacon
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon or beef bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
  3. Toast bread slices until golden.
  4. Spread sriracha mayo evenly on the bread.
