Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crushed croutons
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Divide the chicken mixture into 8 equal portions.
  3. Spread one portion of chicken thinly over each tortilla, pressing it into an even layer.
  4. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly coat with olive oil.
  5. Place each tortilla chicken-side down onto the hot skillet.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  7. Flip and cook the tortilla side for 1-2 minutes until lightly crisp.
  8. In a separate bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and lemon juice.
  9. Remove tacos from the skillet and top each with Caesar salad mixture.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, crushed croutons, and fresh parsley.
  11. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
