Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 4 cups potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat chicken wings dry and place in a large bowl.
- Add half of the olive oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and oregano. Toss to coat.
- In another bowl, toss potato wedges with remaining olive oil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika.
- Arrange wings and potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and potatoes are golden.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
