Crispy chicken wings paired with golden roasted potatoes, seasoned to perfection—an easy, crowd-pleasing dish with bold flavor and satisfying crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 4 cups potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add half of the olive oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and oregano. Toss to coat.
  4. In another bowl, toss potato wedges with remaining olive oil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika.
  5. Arrange wings and potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and potatoes are golden.
  7. Broil for 3-5 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
