Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate or chocolate chips
- Mini cupcake liners or small dessert cups
- Crushed peanuts or chocolate chips for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of lined cupcake tins or dessert cups to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the crusts.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and caramel sauce over each cup.
- Swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled effect if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts or chocolate chips before serving.
