Description

Decadent mini cheesecake cups layered with chocolate, caramel, and creamy peanut butter, perfect for individual indulgent desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate or chocolate chips
  • Mini cupcake liners or small dessert cups
  • Crushed peanuts or chocolate chips for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of lined cupcake tins or dessert cups to form the crust.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the crusts.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate and caramel sauce over each cup.
  7. Swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled effect if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.
  9. Garnish with crushed peanuts or chocolate chips before serving.
