Description

A rich and indulgent no-bake chocolate lasagna dessert made with layers of chocolate cookies, creamy cheesecake filling, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate shavings


Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  6. Spread pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth evenly.
  8. Sprinkle chocolate chips or shavings on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
