A rich and indulgent no-bake chocolate lasagna dessert made with layers of chocolate cookies, creamy cheesecake filling, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping.
Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (for topping)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Spread pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth evenly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips or shavings on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Slice and serve chilled.
