Ingredients

  • 4 slices hearty sourdough or whole grain bread
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 8 slices beef bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
